In 2025, our church voted to adopt a new Simplified Accountability Structure for our governance. Two pillars of this model are transparency and accountability.
Meeting Information
Our leadership board meets on the 2nd Monday of every month. Anyone may attend and observe. Additionally, our meetings are recorded and posted in keeping with our pillars of accountability and transparency. The only information that will be excluded from public dissemination will be HR related information and will be referred to in the meetings as Executive Session.

2026 Goals
Before the start of 2026, the Church Council set 5 goals for 2026. These goals are updated monthly and provide some numerical indication of the work our combined ministries are doing.

Ministry Lead Input
To increase our accountability and to seek improvement as we do ministry, our Ministry Team Leads will need to provide periodic ministry updates, and if needed request additional resources for increased ministry impact.
